29 CFR 1910.305(b)(1)(ii): Unused openings in cabinets, boxes, and fittings were not effectively closed: On or about 4/14/2016 in the storage room; employees were exposed to electrical shock hazards where the right 208V/120V electrical panel that is accessed twice per day to operate the fluorescent overhead lights and alarm system, was missing blanks over ports #36 & #39.
