29 CFR 1910.305(d)(2): Panelboards were not mounted in cabinets, cutout boxes, or enclosures designed for the purpose and shall be dead front: On or about June 22, 2016, E.R.H. Enterprises, Inc. had employees exposed to electrical hazards from panelboards within electrical cabinets that were not dead front, at the water treatment plant in Danville, Illinois. These would include: a. Electrical cabinet in Electrical Room at northwest corner of facility, b. Electrical cabinet beside TFT Tank, c. Electrical cabinet in Electrical Room adjacent to TFT Tank, and d. Electrical cabinet in Small DAF Room.
