29 CFR 1910.23(d)(1): Every flight of stairs having four or more risers was not equipped with standard stair railings or standard handrails as specified in paragraphs (d)(1)(i) through (v) of this section, the width of the stair to be measured clear of all obstructions except handrails: (a) Receiving shed - On or about July 13, 2016, the stairs to the receiving dock did not have a standard railing on both sides. There was a railing on the right side going down and the mid rail was missing.
