29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): Eye and face protective equipment were not provided when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury: (a) Command Center, Inc. at 132-136 S. Phillips Ave., Sioux Falls, SD 57104: On or about and at times prior to December 1, 2016, the exposing employer did not ensure the employees were provided and used eye protection when pneumatic nail guns were used during framing operations as well as power tools during the demolition of a masonry wall and during the use of corrosive materials. These conditions exposed employees to potential eye injuries.
