29 CFR 1910.335(a)(1)(i): Employees working in areas where there were potential electrical hazards were not using electrical protective equipment that was appropriate for the specific parts of the body to be protected and for the work to be performed: On or about October 15th, 2016 through December 6, 2016, employees assigned to change fuses in electrical enclosures up to 480 Volts were exposed to direct/indirect contact with energized parts and were not provided with personal protective equipment to protect from electrocution, shock and/or burns. Abatement documentation is required for this item in accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(d).
