29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(13): The top or top step of a stepladder was used as a step: a) At 845 Main Street, Chipley, Florida; On or about January 4, 2021, and at times prior, the employer allowed employees to use the top step of A-Frame ladders to gain access to the trusses of the building, exposing employees to a fall hazard of up to 10 feet to the concrete below.
