29 CFR 1910.421(b): The employer did not maintain the following at the dive location: a list of the telephone or call numbers for an operational decompression chamber (if not at the dive location), accessible hospitals and available physicians: a. Pond near Hole No. 7 at the Ponte Vedra Inn and Club, located at 200 Ponte Vedra Boulevard in Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida: On or about December 3, 2021, the employer exposed employees to drowning hazards, in that the employer failed provide a list of local hospitals and a list of available physicians in the event of an emergency.
