29 CFR 1910.147(c)(7)(i)(C): Employees whose work operations were in an area where energy control procedures were utilized were not instructed about the procedure: (a) Facility: On or about May 1, 2023, and at times prior thereto "other" employee(s) were exposed to hazardous energy including but not limited to pneumatic 800 psi, while attempting to repair a Pomacon machine (10k/72") without training on the purpose and use of lockout/tagout.
