29 CFR 1910.1025(j)(1)(i): A medical surveillance program was not instituted for all employee(s) who were, or could be exposed to lead above the action level for more that thirty days per year: (a) At Martin Foundry Company Inc.: The employer failed to develop and implement a medical surveillance program for the employees exposed to an airborne concentraion of lead. (1) On or about October 30, 2013, an employee was exposed to an 8-hour time weighted average (TWA) level of 60.11 ug/m3 of lead, which is 1.20 times the OSHA permissible exposure level (PEL) of 50 ug/m3 while performing red brass melting and pouring processes.
