29 CFR 1910.219(f)(3): Sprocket wheels and chains which were seven -7 feet or less above floors or platforms were not enclosed: a) Lumber/Mill Yard: On or about August 01, 2017, and at times prior thereto the employer exposed employees to potential amputation hazards and caught-in hazards in that employees were required to work at or near sprocket wheels and chains that were not guarded or enclosed on equipment such as but not limited to the Head Saw, Debarker, and Trim Saw Systems.
