29 CFR 1926.1431(h)(4)(i): The competent person did not conduct a visual inspection of the equipment, base support or ground, and personnel platform immediately after the trial lift to determine any defect, problem or adverse effect : a) On or about March 21, 2021, at the jobsite, a personnel platform used to hoist employees was not inspected after the pre-flight to determine if the platform was properly secured to the jib of the crane.
