29 CFR 1910.217(c)(2)(i)(d): Point of operation guard(s) on mechanical power press(es) did not utilized fasteners not readily removable by the operator, so as to create minimize the possibility of misuse or removal of essential parts: Employees were exposed to amputation hazards. The Federal F8 Asset #F343 100 ton mechanical power press had a flap in the front that had a swinging latch instead of fasteners not readily removable by the operator.
