29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(1): Employees were not provided effective information and training on hazardous chemicals in their work area at the time of their initial assignment and whenever a new hazard that the employees had not been previously trained about was introduced into their work area: Optima Stantron Corp. Div of Elma Electronic Inc., Lawrenceville, GA - On or about 02/14/2019, employees were exposed to hazardous chemical products such as but not limited to the Envirokote 3385 NP, Industrial Purple Cleaner and Degreaser, Cyclo-147F Cyclomethicone Navy Solvent and Cleaner, Denatured Alcohol, AL104U Interpon 100 Gray and 6100 Series Fast Dry Enamel Screen Ink. Effective information and training as required by the hazard communication standard was not provided.
