29 CFR 1910.303(b)(7)(iv): There shall be no damaged parts that may adversely affect safe operation or mechanical strength of the equipment, such as parts that are broken, bent, cut, or deteriorated by corrosion, chemical action, or overheating: (a) Facility, Outside Nitrogen Storage Area, 1406 Perry Highway, Portersville, PA: On or about 06/16/15 electrical conduit was broken in several places exposing the conductors. The installation is located outdoors and the broken conduit did not protect the conductors from wet and damp conditions.
