29 CFR 1910.305(g)(2)(iii): Flexible cords were not connected to devices and fittings so that tension would not be transmitted to joints or terminal screws: At the site on our about 21 March, 2016; in the threading area employees used a flexible cord that was not fitted with strain relief, exposing the employees to electrical hazards.
