29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iv)(A): Flexible cords and/or cables were used as a substitute for the fixed wiring of a structure: On or about June 22, 2016, E.R.H. Enterprises, Inc. had employees exposed to electrical hazards from the use of flexible cords and cables as a substitute for the fixed wiring of the structure, at the water treatment plant in Danville, Illinois. These would include but not be limited to the following: a. Flexible cord providing electrical power to water pump for reserve water tanks, b. Flexible cord providing electrical power to heater, c. Flexible cord providing electrical power to pump associated with TFT Tank, and d. Flexible cord providing power to electrical cabinets in the Electrical Room at northwest corner of facility.
