29 CFR 1910.176(b): Storage of material created a hazard: (a) Old blast cell number 11214 - On or about July 13, 2016, the storage of plastic pallets and spacers were stacked on wood pallets that were too narrow for the metal rack. Some wood pallet corners did not reach the metal track. Some wood pallets were damaged and part of it was hanging down.
