29 CFR 1910.217(e)(1)(ii)(A): Inspections and tests of each press on a weekly basis were not being completed to determine the condition of the clutch/ brake mechanism, anti repeat feature and single stroke mechanism. a) On or about 12/01/2016, in the Stamping Department, employer did not ensure that the condition of the clutch/ brake mechanism, anti repeat feature and single stroke mechanism of the HEIM 200 Ton mechanical power press were inspected on a weekly basis exposing operators to amputation/caught between hazards. ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
