29 CFR 1926.1431(h)(5)(i): The platform was not hoisted a few inches with the personnel and materials/tools on board and inspected by a competent person to ensure it was secure and properly balanced immediately prior to each lift: a) On or about March 21, 2021, at the jobsite, a personnel platform was not evaluated to ensure it was properly secured to the jib of the crane immediately prior to hoisting employees tasked with attaching the arms of a power line monopole.
