Location: 380 Communipaw Ave Jersey City, NJ 07302 - 5th floor a) Employees performing framing and window installation operations from an Sky Trak HG5L65 aerial lift, were exposed to a fall hazard as they exited the lift basket by climbing over the side rails. Hazard observed on or about 4/20/21.
