29 CFR 1910.421(c)(3): An American Red Cross standard first aid handbook or equivalent and a bag-type manual resuscitator with transparent mask and tubing was not available at the dive location: a. Pond near Hole No. 7 at the Ponte Vedra Inn and Club, located at 200 Ponte Vedra Boulevard in Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida: On or about December 3, 2021, the employer exposed employees to drowning hazards, in that the employer failed to provide a first-aid book or a bag-type resuscitator at the dive location, prior to employees performing underwater diving operations.
