29 CFR 1926.454(a): The employer did not have each employee who performed work while on a scaffold trained by a person qualified in the subject matter to recognize the hazards associated with the type of scaffold being used and to understand the procedures to control or minimize those hazards. a) On or about May 06, 2024, at 8532 Crystal Downs Avenue, Boca Raton, FL 33434, the employer did not ensure each employee preforming stucco work on a scaffold system were adequately trained by a qualified person to recognize the hazards associated with the type of scaffold being used and to understand the procedures to recognize hazards and methods to control those hazards, exposing employees to a fall, struck by and/or crushed by hazard.
