29 CFR 1910.179(e)(3)(ii): Crane(s) with more than one trolley operating on the same bridge were not equipped with trolley bumpers or equivalent on the adjacent ends of the trolleys: In the building five (5) production area, employees operated crane number 2 daily which did not have trolley bumpers installed exposing employees to being struck by and crushed by the load.
