29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): The employer did not develop, implement, and/or maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f), (g), and (h) will be met: (a) Southern Wood Components, LLC - On January 8, 2020 and times prior the employer did not implement a Hazardous Communications program although employees are required to handle chemicals classified as oxidizing gases, highly flammable liquids, extremely flammable aerosols, corrosive agents and other hazardous materials such as but not limited to the following: Oxygen, 3M Brand Black Super Weather-strip Adhesive, White Lithium Grease, CRC Brakleen Brake parts cleaner and Bondo® Fiberglass Resin.
