29 CFR 1910.430(j)(2)(ii):Diver(s) were not equipped with a safety harness with an attachment point for the umbilical to prevent strain on the mask or helmet (as incorporated by reference under 29 CFR 1926.1090): On or about April 4, 2022, at 6985 NW 18 St, Margate Florida 33063 (Stranahan River), an employee was performing dredging operations while using a harness that was frayed in several areas and without an attachment point to the dorsal D-ring that could prevent strain on the diver's oxygen line.
