29 CFR 1910.1025(l)(1)(ii): The employer did not train each employee who is subject to exposure to lead at or above the action level, or for whom the possibility of skin or eye irritation exists, in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1910.1025: (a) At Martin Foundry Company Inc.: The employer failed to provide training on the health hazards associated with airborne concentration of lead. Employees were not trained on the health hazards of lead. (1) On or about October 30, 2013, an employee was exposed to an 8 hour time weighted average (TWA) level of 60.11 ug/m3 of lead, which is 1.20 times the OSHA permissible exposure level (PEL) of 50 ug/m3 while performing red brass melting and pouring processes.
