29 CFR 1910.335(a)(1)(iv): Employees did not wear nonconductive head protection wherever there is a danger of head injury from electric shock or burns due to contact with exposed energized parts. Pier 3, Crane 2, Machine House: The crane heavy equipment mechanic worked around energized parts while he serviced the Transformer Secondary Substation System (TSS) equipment. The mechanic contacted the 4160 volt bus bars inside the TSS and was electrocuted.
