29 CFR 1910.179(j)(3): Complete inspections of the crane was not being performed at intervals as generally defined in paragraph (j)(1)(ii)(b) of this section: a. 2960 Woodbridge Ave., Edison, NJ - Production Area The employer did not ensure that periodic crane inspections were performed on at a recurring interval and/or maintain records of the periodic inspection. Employees and staffing agency employees engaged in the manufacture of steel building materials used overhead cranes on a daily basis that were not inspected at least annually for defects and no inspection records were maintained. Condition occurred on or about March 3, 2022
