29 CFR 1910.333(c)(3)(i)(A)(1): Unqualified employees working in an elevated position near overhead lines with voltages to ground rated at 50 kV or below and their conductive tools were not kept greater than 10-feet from from unguarded energized overhead lines: a. At 3766 Townsend Oak Court: On or about February 24, 2024, in the tree, the employer exposed a tree trimmer employee to an electrocution hazard while performing tree trimming work in a position where the employee and the reach of conductive objects were closer than 10 feet to an unguarded, energized 7.2 kV overhead powerline.
