29 CFR 1926.1060(a): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee using ladders and stairways, as necessary, which would enable each employee to recognize hazards related to ladders and stairways and train each employee in the procedures to be followed to minimize these hazards: a) Worksite: Employees using ladders (including a folding stepladder and an extension ladder) and stairways (to access the second and third stories) were exposed to fall hazards in that they had not been provided with a training program to recognize and minimize associated hazards; on or about 7/1/19. Note: In addition to abatement certification the employer is required to submit abatement documentation for this item in accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19.
