29 CFR 1910.179(l)(3)(iii)(c): All critical parts which were cracked, broken, bent, or excessively worn were not promptly repaired or replaced as needed for safe operation: a. 2960 Woodbridge Ave., Edison, NJ - Production Area The employer did not ensure that parts that were cracked and/or broken were repaired. Employees and staffing agency employees engaged in the manufacture of steel building materials used overhead cranes to lift rolls of coiled steel used in the manufacturing process on a daily basis that had broken/damaged pendants which were then taped together in lieu of being repaired. Condition occurred on or about March 3, 2022
