29 CFR 1910.1025(j)(2)(i)(B): The employer discontinued or decreased the biological monitoring in the form of blood sampling and analysis for lead and zinc protoporphyrin levels to employees whose last blood sample indicated a blood lead level at or above 40 micrograms per 100 grams of whole blood prior to two consecutive blood samples and analyses that indicated a blood lead level below 40 micrograms per 100 grams of whole blood: (a) In the Bullet Trap, Inc. facility where the employer did not provide a gun range instructor biological monitoring in the form of blood sampling and analysis for lead and zinc protoporphyrin levels until two consecutive blood samples and analyses indicated a blood lead level below 40 micrograms per 100 grams of whole blood.
