29 CFR 1910.254(d)(9)(iii): Cables with damaged insulation or exposed bare conductors were not replaced: (a) Sawmill: On or about March 9, 2016 and times prior, welding cables were damaged with exposed bare conductors on the Miller Bobcat 225 welder, used to weld items, such as, brackets and guards.
