29 CFR 1910.305(b)(1)(i): Conductors entering cutout boxes, cabinets, or fittings were not protected from abrasion, and openings through which conductors entered were not effectively closed: On or about October 9, 2019 and times prior, the employer did not protect conductors and/or wires entering disconnects from abrasion near the mixer, exposing employees to electrical hazards. Nu-Way Products Company was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.305(b)(1)(i), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1375716, citation number 1, item number 8 and was affirmed as a final order on 08/21/2019, with respect to a workplace located at 220 Garrison Avenue, West Memphis, AR 72301.
