29 CFR 1910.265(c)(26)(iii): Means were not provided to positively block the hoisting platform(s) of mechanical stacker(s) and unstacker(s) when employees were required to go beneath them: a) Stacker outfeed area; On or about August 04, 2020 and at times prior to the employer allowed the stacker operator to go underneath the elevated hoisting platform to clear jams without providing means or methods to effectively control the stored hydraulic energy exposing the employee to crush hazards.
