29 CFR 1910.421(g):The breathing gas supply system, including reserve breathing gas supplies, masks, helmets, thermal protection, and bell handling mechanism (when appropriate), was not inspected prior to each dive: a. Pond near Hole No. 7 at the Ponte Vedra Inn and Club, located at 200 Ponte Vedra Boulevard in Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida: On or about December 3, 2021, the employer exposed employees to drowning hazards in that the employer failed to ensure the dive equipment was inspected prior to usage.
