29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(8):Ladders placed in a location where they could be displaced by workplace activities or traffic, such as in passageways, doorways, or driveways, were not secured to prevent accidental displacement, nor was a barricade used to keep the activities or traffic away from the ladder. LOCATION: the rooftop of 15 Elko St. Brighton, MA On or about September 28th, 2023: The employer exposed employees to fall and struck by hazards while working on ladders which were within the pathway of vehicular traffic.
