29 CFR 1910.305(b)(1)(ii): Unused openings in cabinets, boxes and fittings were not effectively closed: a) 15 Thatcher Road, Dayton, NJ 08810. The employer allowed his employees to work on or in close proximity to energized conductors that contained unused openings in cabinets, boxes and fittings exposing the employee to shock and or burn hazards. Incident occurred on or about 09/11/14.
