29 CFR 1910.179(b)(5): The rated load of crane(s) was not plainly marked on each side of the crane: On or about December 12, 2014 and times prior thereto, employees of Mid-America Steel Products, Inc. manufactured trailer parts in a metal corrugated building located at or near 909 C. North Missouri Avenue in Corning, Arkansas. Employees operated an ACCO Wright overhead crane which did not have the rated load plainly marked on each side.
