29 CFR 1910.305(b)(2)(i): Pull boxes, junction boxes, and fittings were not provided with covers approved for the purpose: a. Paint area - On or about February 17, 2015, an electrical junction box for the wall fan did not have a cover. b. Paint area - On or about February 17, 2015, an outlet on the wall below the wall fan did not have a cover. c. Old window area - On or about March 5, 2015, several outlets and junction boxes and switch boxes had openings which were not covered properly.
