29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iv)(C): Flexible cords and cables were run through doorways, windows, or similar openings: On or about June 22, 2016, E.R.H. Enterprises, Inc. had employees exposed to electrical hazards from the use of a flexible cord and cable, which was run along the ground outside the building and through the doorway to the electrical panel in the electrical room at the northwest corner of the facility, at the water treatment plant in Danville, Illinois.
