Text For Citation: 01 Item/Group: 009 Hazard:
29 CFR 1910.147(f)(2)(i): Whenever outside servicing personnel are to be engaged in activities covered by the scope and application of this standard, the on-site employer and the outside employer shall inform each other of their respective lockout or tagout procedures: On or about March 4, 2019, and at times prior thereto, at the tank battery train #7, employer did not ensure that the on-site employer and the contracted employees did not inform each other of their specific Lock Out Tag Out procedures, exposing employees to chemical and thermal energy hazards.
