29 CFR 1910.303(g)(2)(i): Except as elsewhere required or permitted by Subpart S of Part 1910, live parts of electric equipment operating at 50 volts or more were not guarded against accidental contact by use of approved cabinets or other forms of approved enclosures or by any of the means identified in paragraphs (A), (B), (C), and (D) of 29 CFR 1910.303(g)(2)(i): (a) Employees were exposed to electrical hazards. Employees were exposed to electrical wiring for a light attached to the Iowa Machinery Supply Company vertical bandsaw which was 110/120 volts which was connected with wire nuts and not guarded by a cabinet or enclosure. (b) Employees were exposed to electrical hazards. Employees were exposed to electrical wiring as the Dock light to the right of Dock Door # 2 was hanging loose from the fixture and the fixture was broken exposing employees to live wiring which was 110/120 volts. (c) Employees were exposed to electrical hazards. Employees were exposed to electrical wiring as the Dock light by Dock Door # 3 was hanging loose from the fixture exposing employees to live wiring which was 110/120 volts.
