29 CFR 1926.1052(c)(12): Unprotected sides and edges of stairway landings were not provided with guardrail systems that meet the criteria contained in Subpart M of 29 CFR 1926: a) Worksite: Employees accessed the work areas from the second and third stories of the house using unfinished stairs inside the building. The stairs employees were authorized to use exposed employees to unprotected sides and edges of stairway landings which were not provided with guardrail systems; on or about 7/1/19. Note: The employer is required to submit abatement certification for this item in accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19.
