29 CFR 1910.219(e)(1)(i):Horizontal belts which had both runs seven feet or less from the floor level were not guarded with a guard that extended to at least fifteen inches above the belt: At a worksite located at 2221 N Belcrest Ave Springfield, MO: Employees were exposed to caught-in or struck-by hazards. This was demonstrated on or about May 26, 2021, and at times prior to when works used two Bridgeport Drill Presses without the use of a guard over the belts. This created a hazard with rotating parts through a two and one-half inch opening on either side of the press.
