29 CFR 1910.333(a)(2): "Where exposed live parts were not de-energized, other safety related work practices were not used to protect employees who could be exposed to the electrical hazards involved: Facility Wide: The electricians who perform electrical repair, test, inspect, troubleshoot, and service on various machines and equipment, did not use safety related work practices to protect them from the exposure to the electrical shock and arc/blast hazards when exposed to 120 and 208 volts.
