Text For Citation: 01 Item/Group: 010 Hazard:
29 CFR 1910.303(b)(1): Electrical equipment was not free from recognized hazards that were likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees: On or about March 15, 2018, employees were exposed to electrical hazards when the control console labeled 120 volts used to control line 4 was missing bolts that held the control box pedestal to the base permitting the control console to move and rock. There were also gaps where the screws that held the console to the case were missing. In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(c), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET).
