Pond near Hole No. 7 at the Ponte Vedra Inn and Club, located at 200 Ponte Vedra Boulevard in Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida: On or about December 3, 2021, the employer exposed employees to drowning hazards, in that each diver was not continuously tended while underwater.
