29 CFR 1910.305(g)(2)(iii): Flexible cords and cables were not connected to devices and fittings in that no strain relief was provided to prevent pull from being directly transmitted to joints or terminal screws: a) 15 Thatcher Road, Dayton, NJ 08810. The employer allowed his employees to work with energized equipment when the flexible cords and or cables used to energize the equipment were not installed with a strain relief to prevent pull from being directly transmitted to joints and or terminal screws exposing the employees to shock and or burn hazards. Incident occurred on or about 09/11/14.
