29 CFR 1910.119(n): The emergency action plan did not include procedures for handling small releases: a) MFG Chemicals-Callahan: The employer did not provide training on management of change for each covered process that reflect deviation from normal operating procedures involving chemicals, equipment and other changes which may affect covered processes prior to start up of the process. Employees were exposed to the hazard of fire/explosion and other hazardous conditions while performing duties for the manufacture of industrial materials. (Coagulate 129).
